The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. This hotel knows what hospitality is to a T. Every day during breakfast and during any interaction we had with the staff was always above and beyond. The hotel it self was very nice, depending on the room some are more updated than others but my favorite part is the view of the pool and landscape of the outdoor yard area and enjoying breakfast outside everyday with great weather. Also the breakfast was top notch such a different variety every single day, gives you a taste of Salvadoran cuisine like plantains and tamales while including staples like eggs and beans. Well worth the price and will definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in San Salvador.

The only thing this place is missing is a good maintenance to the facilities; the shower glass doors had leaks, the door keys were failing too often, had to ask for reprogramming very often. But the staff was really nice, very helpful and kind. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean, the room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner was already on when we arrived, so it was nice to come into a cool comfortable room.
